​Refund and Cancellation Policy

Once products are delivered to you and accepted as accurate and as per the original order, no refunds or exchange can be done. Cancellation requests for product orders are eligible if initiated prior to 12 midnight for next-day morning delivery.


Exchanges/Returns are only allowed in the following unlikely cases:


The product is damaged or if you received the wrong item.

The product is not sealed properly at the time of delivery.

The product has expired by the time of delivery

The product was spoiled by the time of delivery

You haven't received the product despite successful payment


To return any items that are damaged or expired or not as per your original order, kindly contact our customer care to arrange for pickup. In the unlikely event of the product/s getting damaged during transit - kindly take photograph's of the damaged product and email them to customer care. Please note that we will not process any "damaged product" - related refund if it is not supported by photographic evidence of damage. Please contact customer service by email through the link on the website. Mention the return of products along with the order number and the date of delivery. All returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, photographs (if the product is damaged or otherwise). Postage and charges for return of these will not be refunded. Please note that in any case, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any sale of opened or used products (Except in cases where the product was spoiled). In the event that you've received products that were spoiled - we will replace the product after due investigation and diligence. We will be collecting the spoiled product for our analysis; refunds for "spoiled products" will not be entertained if the customer does not send back the sample/ if product has been used more than 75% of the net weight of the product. Please allow one to three weeks from the day you return your package for your refund request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete.
